It is quite obvious, they cannot execute & deliver on the mfg. end.

I do not agree with this statement.  Not only are they executing and delivering on the mfg. end(ok, less and more slowly than we had hoped) they are perfecting, streamlining, and increasing efficiencies. This quarter a customer supply chain glitch cost Unxl $600,000 in revenue, no fault of their execution or delivering abilities. This is a company that has been following the current path for 27 months, this is a new company.  They needed the 28 design wins to perfect the process so when they pass it on to a manufacturing partner or partners in Asia it is at maximum efficiency.  The clients are in Asia, the cheap labor is in Asia, and the raw materials come from Asia.  Manufacturing on a large scale makes much more sense to occur in Asia.  Right now they are using higher paid labor and are paying to ship the raw materials from Asia to the U.S. for the manufacturing process only to ship the finished product back to Asia.  Yes it is slow but I believe Jeff et al are trying very hard to get this thing right and either set up multiple manufacturing partnerships in Asia or get the company to the point where someone will want to own this pure play company.  They are trying to have the full agreement with Future Tech signed my Sept. 15 and have agreed to stand down(not enter into any other partner agreements of this kind for that time period).  Maybe GIS is thinking they missed the boat when they did not sign on the dotted line back in April.  Maybe other potential partners are also wondering the same thing.  Jeff said on the call that our sensors are the only ones that passed the fold test of 200,000 which Apple suggested.  They are working with GIS on foldable/bendable which seems to be one of the next things to come to the market.
