FWIW--IMO--they sold about 10 million shares in the last offering--those shares were locked up through March 1--on March 2 some of those that paid 95 cents per share sold at 1.02, 1.01, 1.00 etc. and made a 5,6, or 7% profit in 10 days. The volume yesterday indicates that about 10% of the people did just that and 90% are in it as investors for a longer period. We are investors. I do not know why this document and structure was necessary--maybe they had 90% investors lined up and needed 10% flippers to quickly complete the offering? The year end Q is coming up so the company is probably in some sort of quiet period until then. IMO this is financing mumbo jumbo(technical term) and the fundamentals of the company remain strong.
