Hopefully they are getting all of the crap out of the way before releasing a slew of bullish news.

If they come out of this fat cash, ramping and rolling with increasing revenues and announce a new partnership complete with GIS, this drop in the pps should be short lived.  The financiers have been in charge.  Now it's time for management to take care of its shareholders.
