From what I read it is not a suit but merely an investigation being initiated by some law firm.

The shorts tried this tactic months ago and it all just disappeared as they were looking for some sort of class action effort. My guess too is that it is all short driven as they are deep in the short box.

Hope we get some news very soon that blows all this away, the contract challenge and this latest attempt at FUD.

The good news is that the market pretty much ignored this, having recognized this tactic for what it was, pure BS/FUD.
