What a croc! This new situation is not directed at the company, but at "certain officers and directors" and seeks to hold them personally liable for alleged statements that were more positive about the companys future than has transpired yet. This smells like another attack by the shorts. I am sure many of you have seen the recent article on the net entitled(paraphrase) "One company set to tumble 60%" and that was sandwiched between the SEC investigation and the class action suit, how convenient. Think about it, when was the last time that you saw an article regarding the prospects of a companys stock performance that said anything like that, never? I hope the company is gathering info so the folks that are doing this can be held accountable, but more so I hope that Reed will have a significant positive announcement that will expose them.
