That comment was in reference to the suit being filed only in the UK. It would seem TI and other partners would not hesitate to use UNXL's tech to penetrate the vast markets beyond those of the UK.

As I recall, EDIG's patents focused on product sold in the continental USA and did not extend to Europe or Asia and beyond.
