The problem with that is that although the plaintiff can be idemnified by UNXL in the contract of sale, if the plaintiff sends a letter to the buyer of UNXL products to the effect that UNXL violates his/hers patents, then this letter makes the third party legally responsible and no idemnification can change the degree of responsibility. This is precisely why the present attorney of EDIG includes the sellers of the violating products; that is, to make them legally responsible if they continue to sell them.
