Usually they have to be within a percentage of the average daily closing price for a certain period of time. 5.25 seems well below the average closing price for the last month.

I look forward to an explanation. The higher the price the more money they would have raised for the company. It seems they too would have been rewarded by either waiting for the pps to rise to a more appropriate level.

I hope their perspective is to get this all behind them so nothing impedes the pps when the news hits the market.

So how about some of that news ??? They stated they are shipping this quarter and the annual meeting next week would seem to be an appropriate time and forum to drop some good news and get some free press as well.
