I guess things are really heating up....... Isn't there an agreement in place for tower sharing. Ok, wasn't there an agreement in place between Microcell and UBS for the spectrum that Bell and Rogers are using? I think the big boys are feeling the heat.

Quebecor accuses incumbent cellphone providers of rresponsibility

MONTREAL - Media company Quebecor Inc. (TSX:QBR.B) is accusing incumbent wireless networks of being "irresponsible" Wednesday in delaying the approval of agreements to share towers and roaming services it needs to start up its new cellphone service.
