seems to me it does... since the news release begins with the word "bids" .... IMO the little volume means more than the drift downward ... the retail investor is not panicking and selling off and so that anyone who wants to buy ... can get maybe 50k worth of shares for 25k .... hardly enough to change the fortunes of a big boy or even a little boy ... esp when the longer this drags on the more the nervous nellies will take what they can get

patience is a virtue ... and a cease trade soon and announcement when the "bids" are evaluated would help us against our biggest enemy ... our own self doubt.
