Well, DOES the release say they have received bids ? It does, sort of.

If they have received bids why is the share price drifting down on very little volume ??? If LOK has received a bid(s) that should indicate the value of LOK/UBS must be more than the current shareprice and it follows that someone in the know would be loading up on stock - doesn't look like anyone is (????).
