JLately.....is it something in your coffee that's creating this loving syndrome....lol... that was too funny. Just check this pr below. RIM couldn't come up to the plate and Verisign just wiped it out. Remember Mcgoey said FO isn't a problem.

Shame on RIM they have the cash and couldn't see the value of CIC. Despite the complains about the LOK advertisement being non noticeable I believe by now LOK possibly already had discussions with a number of companies.

Anyhow I look at this asset sale, just the spectrum alone for the AWS in Toronto/Montreal was 2.6-Bil I believe for 50Mhz. Why should LOK sell 100Mhz @ 75% discount?. We haven't taken the other assets into consideration.

I wish is neither of the big three get a play in this sale. They will do nothing with it and simply hold up technology for when it best suits them. Customers wants a better deal with more options...hope LOK/UBS mgmnt get some much needed notice......time to start kicking some tires.....

Certicom Corp. has entered into an arrangement agreement with VeriSign Inc., which will acquire all of the outstanding common shares of Certicom at a cash price of $2.10 per common share.
