I do tend to believe that we will receive shares rather than cash to avoid immediate tax consequences (why the highest bid may not be selected) ... even in a depression there is money for worthwhile future investment .... potential for more money to be made these days than any others in our lives to date .... we have a nice springboard with LOOK and UBS .... after that the run on silver and gold will be a pleasure to be involved in more deeply.
