I hold both companies but prefer look since ubs will get 51% of whatever proceeds that look has .... I like them both and play them both.

You give the impression that UBS will worth less than LOK as they own 51% of LOK. My question is how did you arrive at that interpretation. Do you have a mathematical formula/solution to demonstrate your suggestion.
