Rest assured I fully understand understand the purpose of the court. I do not fall in love with any company and I trust very few people, let alone a company's management. If I am guilty of having fallen in love with something it is the assets, specifically the spectrum and tax credits which each have clear tangible value.

You are emotional you leap to conclusions without any evidence of nefarious intent being demonstrated. You make ststaments like they could have had BCE common shares before ... Is that a fact? Where does such information reside for me to eveluate that claim. The best the company can od is common shares ...Is That fact? Again it is not.

I do not need analysts to help me understand the market ... many of the predicted oil would go to 200. Most of them thought I was insane went I went to a 50%+ weighting in gold in 02. None of them gave us any correct information aboput failed US banks but people like Prechter said it would happen 7 years ago and I already had that suspicion.

You may think I am blind but I do not base my decision making on innuendo I do not run a company on emotions, and I have more experience in liquidations and chapter 11 situations then you unless you are an insolvency expert.

Most liquidations do not occur for a solvent company!

I do not wish to engage those who base there postulations on speculation ... you have absolutely no proof whatsoever that the company will not wind up. NONE!

The best way to maximize the value of a demanded item is to allow those who creatively decide a compensation methodology to present it ... evaluate the options and decide on the best return. There is no magic crystal ball to predict what will be put on the table and to make a definitive statement as to which choice if any is selected. NONE.

You do not own a superior emotional intelligence, you are not a superior analyst and you have been inconsistent in the messages you have posted .... those are facts. Going back over the last year you were exposed in lies and deceit and you continue to spin FUD with no justification other than that which we can all see ... the transaction is unusual, the court is a supervisor not a protector, you want a defined outcome ... you do not add any factual information you provide interpretation and your interpretation which you claim to be emotionless always comes back to a distrust of management.

Trust is developed based upon your reactions to the acts of others ... thus to a large extent it reflects the values of the individual who places or doesn't place trust ... values are not necessarily rational and thus the placement of trust or distrust is based on your attachment to values ... you write as if you are either a paid basher or a lot more emotional than you wish to make yourself out as.

You are also audacious .... anyone who claims to undertand another person based upon postings on a BB and be able to conclude their emotional intelligence is a fool to have such confidence in themself.

Your attempts at preesnting yourself as superior to other posters ... your twisting of facts and interpretations based upon your past dealings in this company are not something I consider worthy of staying on a site dedicated to the sharing of factual information. Presentation of theories is ok as long as conclusions that are undeniable are made

If you have facts upon which an undeniable conclusion can be made you are welcome to post here (whether it paints the compnay in a positive or negative light) ... if you wish to twist the interpretation of facts to suit whatever agenda you have be assured I will delete your postings.
