I believe it's an open forum and anyone should be able to voice his or her opinion once we don't have personal attacks. But what will a forum be if everyone is seeing the glitter of gold all around. As we all are aware of the fact that not all that glitters is gold.

Some of us are educated in many areas and for sure anyone who believes everything they read on a forum and don't research themselves are simply taking a gamble. I have been to many of UBS meetings in the past and today it sounds like the same old song.

p15. on the script clearly states that the highest cash bid may not necessarily be the best bid. So what that says to the shareholder. Its obvious IMO because the taxes would be huge for the big holders of this stock also.

p7, it was mentioned that they had no success since mid 2004 in approaching interested parties into a joint venture arrangement....we could view that as a positive and also a negative. I wonder if Greenhill is still in the game and what is their role.

To this point in time I still purchase this stock despite I have a load of it. For sure we may get some momentum and possibly by Jan 14,2009 we may get the opportunity to get more answers. I hope we can make some headlines soon and a repeat of 1999-2000 could repeat its self.
