The sale of part or all of looks assets is being court supervised to 1) provide assurance to the buyer of fairness and the approach to change the rules of how the negotiating committee can close a deal ... that is they can be sold because the sale is pre-approved and requires no further presentation to shareholders. This a potential buyer can put their offer forward with the assurance if an agreement is made, the deal is done.

The type of compensation for the assets has yet to be determined ... be it cash, preferred shares, regular shares or even the leat likely a JV in order to maximize the stock value can not be determined until interested parties lay their cards down.

Given that it simply stands to reason that you can not say especially if a JV is remote possibility that strictly speaking LOOK will be cahsed out.

Speculatiion that they are up to something nefarious is FUD ... we simply do not know at this time ....

I would not deny that a stunt could be pulled, but there is nothing in the current actions of managment that make that possibility appear to be part of their plan.

So why harp on it until more is known ... going back in time you were anti management and made comments to the effect that nobody trusted them and that was more important then the potential value of spectrum.

You changed course and felt a pop would occur. After the best move managment could possibly do you've gone sour again fearing the worst and making the claim without a guarantee of a cash out .we are going to get burned.

This is not factual ... it is speculative and although possible any one who hangs their hat on managment's current inability to be definitive is exagerating the risk.

We are much better positioned then we were pre this announcement to realize some value ... if something becomes factual hang your hat on that.
