....so we live for today, just don't know what tomorrow brings.

Ever noticed before a financing of a company, there's a sudden rise and fall in the stock. Is it a possibility that the company who is doing the financing creates a buying interest and then shorts the stock.....?

This ban on shorting is it for all stocks or only financial companies in the US?
