Hans: This fellow waited until the financing from Tyhee to start the mine up again was in place, and the start up to production was under way, then he sued. In this financing environment! And where other big important financiers had expended all their bullets and were waiting for their money, were unwilling to lend more, and Tyhee leapt to the rescue. Santa Fe was not just out of production and in need of cash, it was heavily in debt. Pure opportunism. The other financiers have an interest as well I should think, they weren't willing to get in deeper and now have a deal in place to get their money back. They should certainly testify this in court, they have a big stake in the survival of Santa Fe as a part of Tyhee. Ike
