TerraX hasn't even drilled a hole yet and look at their numbers:

Share Price October 28th, 2013: C$0.45
Shares Outstanding: 37.4 million
Shares Fully Diluted: 46.5 million
Market Cap: C$16.8 million

Tyhee on the other hand has a mine ready to go with a resource and enormous potential in other sites, and its market cap @.075 cents is just over $31 million.
