By the way, temperature right now in YK is 36, will be below freezing the whole rest of the week, highs in the mid-20s. One of the big factors in the viability of TDC is the same as TerraX, the proximity of a City with complex infrastructure, roads and transportation, an airport, golf club, hospital, education, lots of things to do in the winter, why not a gold mine?
