If the Executive Summary was enough to satisfy the 400+ IRs, then Hugh Wilson should be nominated for Pulitzer Prize, and maybe make a whole new category for "Most Thorough Response In Less than 1000 words". I would then ask him to make a class on writing technical documents.

Regarding the stock price, it will take time and maybe have ups and downs. Timing is also key. If successful, permitting and financing should welcome in some much needed positive news flow.
