I agree with your sentiment regarding the permitting on Tyhee's side. However, it appears that the process was stalled by the release of the FS. A little disconcerting to see them linger in this stage of the permitting however the trade off is the permitting team on Tyhee has a little more time to answer in a more complete manner.

Regarding the share price, some shares are available to trade on the market after the earlier 2012 private placement shares past the 4 month waiting period. We might have had some early sellers which may explain the low price. The junior mining sector is still going through its nearly 2 year bear cycle. Will this be the bottom? I have waited for Tyhee's share price to come down and this may be the bottom in my opinion. The share price has hit 6 cents for the third time in the past five years. If my experience serves me right, we actually need to see some low volume for a while to signal that the sellers have been exhausted at these levels and that the stock is ready for a turnaround. Due to the nature how Tyhee sold off, the best scenario would be to see low-medium volume for about 6 months-year between the 6-10 cent level which will re-establish a base and clear out any overhang of sellers. Then, as long as the company continues on its way to production, the stock price will be ready to move up. However this process takes time and calm nerves.
