Skeleg, I believe RBC and TD would only be considered "dealers of record" and if you received the Circular and notice of meeting directly, then you are a registered shareholder. But agreed, the .0001 is hardly worth mentioning on their part. (perhaps a legality?).

Tyhee certainly needs a large injection of cash if it's ever to see production and I think many will agree that there is only so much drilling and demonstration that should be done before it becomes obvious to the intelligently informed speculators, like Dr. Black, that this is a very economically viable endeavor. The fact that they are on record as being "risk-averse" speaks volumes. With over $91 million being managed under their belt, they are obviously the cutting edge kind of supporter Tyhee needs and wants. We should all be supportive of that fact. 51 to 75% of their clients are "high net worth" individuals...something I am sure we all aspire to be one day.

I hope at least one shareholder from this board is able to attend the meeting in Vancouver on the 17th and to report back on the discussions. Removal of the poison pill would appear to be in everyones best interest at this point (IMHO)... although I am still negative towards any possible forward hedging if that is on the discussion table.

JP told me a number of years ago his goal was to see Tyhee evolve into production. We are well on the road to that I am sure...and sooner rather than later.
