Let me throw my hat in the ring here.

Until we want to bother DW about his involvement with Romarco, let me tell you what I remember from what he wrote me a while back:

Dave was a consultant for the company (Amex?) that owned Romarco's Haile property before Romarco took over, so he has some experience with that land, but I think he had never set foot on it. I do not recall him saying anything about passing up any further involvement with that property.

But alas, I'm not now up to going through my old emails to substantiate my recollection. Sorry.
