I did NOT say Tyhee will have trouble getting financing in the future. I responded to your query what could go wrong. Certainly you realize that no matter how good a PFS is put forth, if the economy is in meltdown mode or close to it, nothing will get done.

It's a bit like Hold-em - you can only play probabilities unless you have the best possible hand. They are the only ones who cannot lose if they play. And having the money is the analogy to that in the investment world, i.e., the rich get richer.

Tyhee will get the money if and only if someone is willing to lend it to them. That is affected by market forces. If it were a sure thing, the stock would be at $2 now anticipating the upcoming events. Obviously, as a substantial shareholder, I like the odds. But I'm not yet spending the money.
