In last Saturday's Globe & Mail there was an interesting article on the diamond mines situated about 300km north of Yellowknife. The article keyed on the concern that diamond production in that area is on a downward slope and that serious unemployment would result unless other mines opened up.

So, it appears that finding qualified mining personnel for Tyhee might not be that difficult when the time comes to start hiring.
