Guys, have you read about this?

It valued Comaplex at over $100 M&I&I, as they had 3.29 million M&I an d1.73 of Indicated. They had not done a Feasability study yet. I think it's worth looking into the comparability of Comaplex Minerals vs Tyhee. From what I see in their website, they are well behind TYhee in the EA process, having only just recently received the DAR Terms of Reference type of guidance. They are just getting into the engineering / scoping studies which Tyhee has advanced quite a long ways.
THey have a constellation of deposits and 100% ownership of them. They have a 30,000m drilling program underway to expand the resource. THeir location near Rankin inlet allows for some transportation advantages over Tyee, but it's not a mining support base like Yellowkinfe, and there is no signficant power infrastructure in the area. SO again, Tyhee has more advantages.
A few other factors are that Agnico had first bought a 12.3% stake in Comaplex, as part of "a strategy of taking a stake in exploration companies, and then considering a full acquisition down the road." "Earlier this week, CFO David Garofalo said the company will focus on early-stage projects for acquisitions, and is most interested in prospects in the vicinity of its existing operations in Canada, Mexico and Finland."
Comaplex (CMF-T) shares were already bid up in a bidding war and lawsuit involving AEM, which is now dropped.
THeir share price was $8 before the deal, and over $9.32 after. They had a market cap of $467 million before the deal and now $544 million.
It's good news for Tyhee, as in my view tyhee is more advanced than Comaplex (or will be by this June/july, well ahead on the EA / permit efforts. WOuld be good to have a detailed side by side comparison...
But supposing Tyhee comes up with 3 million ounces M&I&I and something for the progress in the EA/ feas, this should make Tyhe valued at about $2.00 to $250 per share.
MAN, we are undervalued!
I sure hope DW does not rush into anything like a JV or "codevelopment" or buyout without first allowing some excitement to occur after the Pre Feas and DAR.
Way better to let a big, recognized player in for a 12% or so stake, allow the share price to fully value the progress made and the advantages that Yellowknife presents, and take our time with this...
Hopefully the Agnico - Comaplex deal will draw attention to Tyhee.
