Do you think Tyhee's deal making negotiations should be televised in Real-Time?
Calmlyrational referred to what Dave Webb wrote me as "unfortunate".
Here, paraphrased, is what Dave wrote to me,
"Since chat rooms are not fully aware of corporate details until they are released, those Forum discussions aren’t taken that seriously."
The "corporate details" he referred to were those that were not yet completely firm and final enough to be in the public domain.
I, on the other hand, agree with Dr. Webb and see this as quite fortunate that those unfinalized, unfirmed corporate details are not available to all of us outsiders. That for everyone to share that fluid insider knowledge might interfere with management's ability to make the best deals for Tyhee and its shareholder.
Whereas, when and if the deal is made public, waiting for approval, and if those corporate details were not available to shareholders, then I'd agree with Calmly that it'd be unfortunate (mabye illegal?) that those facts wouldn't have been made public.
