I was also thinking about the apparent coincidence of the 1.5m shares traded, without moving the price, then the announcement of the MOU with Ming Fung.
If it was Ming Fung acquiring an initial position in the stock (and we can't know that one way or the other so this is pure speculation), then to do so without moving the price would require the cooperation of some existing substantial shareholder who either wants out or, more likely, wants Ming Fung in because they consider it beneficial to Tyhee and hence positive for their remaining position.
I would like to see Tyhee with a partner who would agree to provide the rest of the equity required to get us into production. Much better than an outright takeover or being thrown to the wolves every time we need a a few million. Would give some certainty to investors and make this a much less risky play which has to be good for the stock price.
Will be interesting to see how this plays out and the market reaction on Monday.
