I am coming out of my quiet and relaxing week-end following posts on Agoracom's Tyhee forum about the press release done by Ming Fung in Hong Kong. The PR states:
"An MOU has been inked by Ming Fung Jewellery (HKG:0860) and Tyhee Development Corp., a company listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange, for proposed co-investment and co-development of the Yellowknife Gold Project, the mineral projects in the Yellowknife Gold Belt in the South Mackenzie Mining District of the Northwest Territories, Canada, Ming Fung Jewellery announced."

I would like to say that I do not believe the PR has any real meaning to us -Tyhee shareholders. WHY?

1- The PR was released MARCH 19 Hong Kong time meaning MARCH 18 Toronto time (12 hours time difference). TYHEE WOULD HAVE HAD TO DISCLOSE THIS IMPORTANT MATERIAL INFORMATION and this could have been done with no timing problem March 19, 2010.

2- The so difficult last financing done a few weeks ago would not have happened with so much hard delivery labour. If these guys were already seriously talking to Tyhee they would have shown "goodwill" by investing a few millions right away.

3- When you check some of Ming Fung previous PR you see that some of the so-called on going deals have been cancelled later for what I call strange reasons

All in all: Enjoy your week-end and forget the noise from this company and/or other noise making Tyhee investors who do not know the rules of the TSX.
