Message: Re: Tyhee Should Dilute Its Shares by Another One Hundred Million!

obriy,

Irony? Maybe a little.

This issue of Tyhee's relatively high share dilution is controversial. Once I asked Jim Puplava, on a Q-line call, how much of a negative it is for a junior exploration company to substantially dilute its shares. He answered, that as long as the company keeps adding a substantial number of ounces to its resource, then it was justified. Anyway, that's how I remember what he said.

At this stage in its development, Tyhee's progress will be measured more by how quickly it can go into production, and not by ounces added.

Romarco Minerals (R.V), a junior analogous to Tyhee, has an enormous dilution. It has more than a million shares issued than Tyhee, and fully diluted, it has well over 300 million shares. Nevertheless, it's done very well in the last six months.

If TDC was now selling for 90 cents (R.V's recent price), I doubt we'd still be hearing much about its dilution even if there were another 100 million shares added.
