Tyhee Should Dilute Its Shares by Another One Hundred Million (from 171M to 272M).
Since, if by diluting, it could near equal the number of shares issued by Romarco Minerals (274M), and do what they did in the last six months:
900% increase in share price (from about 10 cents to over 90 cents)
