And, if they can get a Feasibility Study completed in the next 18 months, then it'd be much easier for them to avoid being acquired and, they would be in a better position to do debt financing if they chose to go it alone into production.

With a bankable Feasibilty, Tyhee's valuation would be much higer, needless to say.
