That "Perhaps JP does not want to be tied down with specific information which could put him in an awkward position. Or maybe his comment on ALL was a bit of an overstatement." is a very likely explanation for why he's not answered the question.

But, accountability by JP, even in the face of an overstatement, would be, is suspect, welcomed by many. And, I gave him the opportunity to do so, twice.

And, if this was an overstatement, if wouldn't be the first one he's made.
