My thoughts posted at another board yesterday.

One of the 1st things I thought about regarding the merger was, what kind of sales/profit/cash on hand, does Turtle Beach have?

2nd was, how will the mgmt team be assembled, meaning which guys/gals on both sides fill each position?

3rd was, I wonder what they will do to fundthis merger, expand the product lines on both sides, so will it be printing/selling shares into the market?

My conclusion was, sure as heck if we consider how Woody has funded each start-up company, sell shares!

Lets face it, this is quite normal.
