I thought I heard on the PAMT conference call regarding the financials that they had enough capital for the upcoming year. There is nothing wrong with them trying to raise more captal but the timing is poor after they sated they were in good position. In addition, this comes on the heels of the 1:5 reverse split last year. We shall see, perhaps I remember the call wrong.
