Hi,

Peak pays Cubeler royalties of 2% to 5% on revenue generated by Peak’s ASDS subsidiary as Peak sub-licenced its rights to the Cubeler platform to ASDS. The royalties paid are listed under “Royalties for Software” in the financial statements.

Since Peak hasn’t yet made any public announcements as to changes to its relationship with Cubeler going forward, the company can’t discuss this at this point but will do it in due course.
