Hello,

I was hoping someone could explain to me the details of Peak's 10 year license with Cubeler.  I understand that Royalties are paid to Cubeler.  Approx. how much are the royalties?  Are they listed under outsourcing expenses or as royalties for software?  I saw that Peak is considering bringing Cubeler permanently in house and am trying to understand the size of that potential transaction and it's impact on earnings?
