Just thinking out loud again, however SGR is putting in all the money for a three year drill program. Only if SKP "wishes" to put in funds do they require any cash. San will match any additional funds and has given SKP enough to run the office in the short term. San must be very high on this property or IMHO they would have asked SKP to put in a little more.
