...i think they will still do some sort of financing as drilling requires big bucks. I am just guessing here, but this agreement kinda leaves the door open for Sans backers to keep control of the Greens. I would think Winkin, Blinkin and Nod see the writing on the wall and would not allow some one to come in from the rear.
