KMK's been in a long consolidation - the buyout story keeps it afloat, but for the last 4 months, it hasn't moved. Great if PMs are dropping, but frustrating if they're running up.
I treat KMK as a bank - when I have extra cash, I park it in KMK. If I find an opportunity to use the cash, I make a withdrawl. This way, I have some possibility of owning it in case it gets taken out, but I won't miss out on other opportunities. Of course, if it breaks down technically, I won't hold it - a lot of takeout stories never pan out.
