I agree. The more time passes with no announcement the greater the risk to the downside as investors who are only in the play for the takeout grow impatient.

I'm sure that is why there are so many requests of Peter for updates as people are getting antsy.

Of course if you decided to sell you know what would happen within days...the big announcement.
