IMO,a person should not relie on what some "person" at a brokerage house says IF THE ANNOUNCEMENT has not been made by Cliffs publicly . IMO,If Cliffs were doing this on the "sly",all hell could break out legally for them. I called Cliffs PR man on wed (as i reported here) and he personally said there was no announcement .
