I received a "very nice" PM from one of the posters here, stating they feel sorry for me and pitying me for sharing why I was saddened by the situation. (Which is the reason I decided to use the above subject line, perhaps this will change their opinion). Anyway, while I won't waste my time commenting on my thoughts towards this particular PM or poster, what I will do is clarify my position.

I do support the merge and not the 19 cent offer.

My wording "Sad" may have been the wrong wording, I am not exactly crying in a corner over this. "Frustrated" towards Cliffs tactics would be more accurate to express myself.

I am actually very encouraged that KWG shares seem to be holding up, and that the Spider BOD have not stated they support the 19 cents, this tells me there is more in the works.
