I have been using KWG as a gauge to what investors think these 2 companies are really worth... since Cliffs has now stated they are not bidding for KWG, the share price would be decided purely by the markets and not by any potential bids, and said SP seems to be dropping... which is sad...

It seems SPQ is only higher because of the Cliffs bid, and obviously not because investors think it's worth more. SPQ and KWG should be worth the same! Markets I wish would reflect this...

I'm really surprised, I would have though KWG would also be trading at 15 cents plus on a consistent basis considering the potential of the ROF, BD specifically, and the fact that Cliffs offers 19 cents for SPQ means it's DEFINITELY worth more since they would not overpay.

I'm still in, and will be for a while, but the dream of getting $1 per share seems to be dwiddling. Sorry if I upset anyone... sad, very sad.
