thanx Glee...I'll give them a call in addition to the e-mail that I sent.

BOD NR says it all. They are pleased with the $0.19 offer and they also recognize the value of Mineralfields being in Cliffs corner. So we have until July 5th midnight. I suspect that KWG will counter and cliffs will also comeback to the table for another round before the weekend...afterwhich I guess it maybe over. Just my opinion of course.
