Yes, Irish, Jacki, NOT was betrayed by some big institutions. I agree. Many here feel Dwek has betrayed SPQ/KWG. I am one of those. But, perhaps, just perhaps he will turn around and betray Cliffs. Wouldn't that be a great turn of events!! If Neil and Frank can come up with something to entice him, he and his Mineralfields may end up in our camp. 'The game isn't over 'til the fat lady sings.'

To answer a question you asked earlier, Jacki, SPQ has to say Cliffs .19 cent offer is superior (worth more - at least on the surface - than KWG's). That is the way the game works. That does not mean they like the offer or are telling shareholders to like the offer. Far from it. No way will they let Cliffs steal OUR company unless we let them.

AND WE ARE NOT GOING TO LET THEM.

I am so proud of all the recent posts. We're in this battle together. Don't worry about Cliffs dumping KWG shares and maybe bringing the price down, it will be a great chance to pick up some more shares. If you have some dry powder buy, buy, buy. Think NSR and railroad.

As for day/swing traders, of which I'm one, buying shares of SPQ tomorrow and flipping them when we get the next offer is a good bet, and won't harm the outcome. I might do that.

Only shares held up to June 4, are good for voting. I have a good quantity and they all go for the merger.

PS: Whomever had the idea that many ROF companies should merge, before Cliffs picks them off one by one, is not a bad idea. I hold UC, BMK and Not. But let's win this battle first.
