I'm proud of you people. You have defeated a reverse split on two occasions and are now taking on the corporate raider, Cliffs, in their attempt to try and steal another Canadian company for peanuts.

Don't let them. Make them pay you a proper value for your shares. Cliffs has tons of cash and if they want SPQ, they should have to pay a premium for it. And 19 lousy cents is NOT a premium. Spider is worth more and everyone knows it. Just like FWR was worth more and the corporate raider, Cliffs, stole that company IMO and many other's.

I am a former SPQ shareholder, but my best wishes for everyone here is as if I was a long time shareholder. Hold your line, keep up the fight and make Cliffs, the corporate raider, PAY a premium for your shares.
