Would it be possible for SPQ to now make an offer to merge with KWG? Now that their share price will be around .19, they can now offer about .146 for KWG shares....which would keep the same deal as the proposed merger....but kinda turn the tables a bit and get away from this nonsence in the wording of what a superior offer is
Obviously, the merged companies are in a much better bargaining position than each to their own.
On another note, I think many SPQ shareholders are also KWG shareholders....and the wording of this latest news relaase is certainly not going to win any of those shareholders over.....like they'll give a pitence .19 for SPQ and sell KWG down to nothing....
I've already voted my shares for the only reasonable offer
